I have stated feeling Healthier day by day..
There was a time when I had full day work from morning leaving at 9 and coming back home late evenings.. I made it a point to walk early morning hours at Bandstand.. By the sea side good view.. Can say such an ambience motivated me with a walkman in my ears..
Look for your motivation... And go ahead...
Now are the days when I am chillaxing back at home.. Full day sitting on laptop and tv on.. What a stress to my body and eyes... I make it to play in evenings as I mentioned earlier.. This gives me strength and makes me active..
Its very necessary for you to sweat...
If cant dedicate time like me then put up this video and try to invest just 6 minutes everyday into this..
